Why automated testing on the mainframe is a strategy you can’t refuse
Date: Thursday, 4 June 2020
Time: 14:00 BST, 15:00 CEST, 09:00 EDT
Duration: 60 minutes, including Q & A
Mainframe IT organizations are under constant pressure to deliver business functionality faster while retaining high quality code and with less resources available. But can you really increase the velocity of delivering products and keep high quality at the same time with same or fewer people? The answer is yes, and the solution is test automation.
Truly automated testing is key to delivering quality code within shortened development cycles. The right tool accelerates testing while safeguarding quality, but you also need the right processes and testing framework for continuous delivery.
Join Steen Brahe to learn about:
- The value of automated testing on the mainframe
- How to deliver business functionality faster while retaining high quality code
- How a leading UK bank increased flow by 400% on the mainframe, virtually eliminating defect leakage, saving on rework and test timescales
- Test automation best practices that you can incorporate at your enterprise
Who will benefit?
This free webinar from GSE UK – the UK arm of Europe’s most influential IBM user group – is for everyone: people who know and understand the mainframe platform alongside newcomers to the platform and anyone else with a vested interest.
